As the year ramps up, it's easy to get caught up in the trivial day-to-day tasks. That is why I want to take the time to share some helpful tips and reminders to recenter your focus when things get overwhelming!
But First! I wanted to introduce myself to you! My name is Lara, and as you may have seen on our Facebook I am in charge of organizing the fun events for this little society of ours. To look ahead, my personal favorite is the Smile Challenge! I recommend everyone try it out as there's no reason not to! And it's always rewarding to see someone else return that happiness.
Now, when assignments start piling up it's important to take time to yourself and that's why I want to share a few tips for staying centered and in a positive mindset!
If you want to take time to spread goodness into the world. This website has a list of ideas such as lending a pen to a classmate or trying not to complain.
These are my personal favorite tips for mindfulness during stressful times. Things such as diffusing internal drama to focus on what's important really helps with assignments!
Overall, taking the time to focus your thoughts and redirect your energy will pay off in your lectures and in your daily life.
